She is in sixth grade at Huntington Elementary School in Chillicothe. She is the 11-year-old daughter of Gusta Fraley and Carolina and Roger Fortner, niece of Neil and Karen Coey and Tommy and Melodye Coey (band members of Blackwater Run).
